our reaction matters a lot

Life is presenting every person and circumstance to us so that we can choose what we love and what we don’t love. When we react to anything, we are reacting with our feelings and as we do we are choosing it! Our reaction, whether good or bad, sticks it with us. I am writing all this because yesterday I was chatting with my friend and he very surprisingly asked me, from where I get all these good talks and philosophies. Don’t I ever feel sad?? He further said that he don’t know whether whatever I say is correct or not but still for a minute these talks make him feel good. And the reason behind it I feel is the positivity. When we speak positively, it brings positive result with it. The law of attraction and repulsion works very well in our lives. Whatever u give, u gets back.



I was a damn moody earlier(thodi bahut abhi b hun) , my mood used to swing like roller coaster, sometimes happy, sometimes sad  but now something is changed in me though now also,  I do feel sad and  frustrated  sometimes when things don’t go my way, or when I have an altercation with my muma (which happens often. lol)  or with anyone(very seldom) but as soon I get angry and react, within seconds I don’t know  how but all my anger get dissolved  and I  feel better and happy again or  I start cuddling with the one I had the brawl. this instant change(my mom found it mysterious)  in my mood  often  lead to a dialogue which she often say to me "pta ni kaunsa bhoot  sawar hota hai tujme thode daer k liye.,,ek minute mai fool aur ek minute mai kaanta”  well she is mother and hence, she forgets everything but many cannot (including me) . We are humans and we can’t bear a single criticism, arguments from anyone (same with me) , most of the relations break just because of our overreaction on certain things.

 I have found that when   a person says or does something and we find ourselves upset, offended or angry, do your best to change the negative reaction right away. Simply being aware that you have reacted negatively takes the power out of the negative feelings immediately and can even stop them. but if we feel as though the negative feelings have a grip on us, it’s best to walk away and spend a couple of minutes looking for the things we love, one after other until we feel much better, I do the same like listening to my favorite music ,imagining the things I  love or doing something I love. We can also think about the things we love in the person who upsets us, this might be challenging but if we can do it, it is the fastest way to feel better. It’s also the fastest way to become the master of your feelings! And believe me this works.

 

A man who is master of himself can end a sorrow as he can invent a pleasure. We should not be at the mercy of our emotions. We should use them, to enjoy them and to dominate them. Remember friends We can change any negative situation in our life, but we can’t change it with bad feelings. We have to react differently to the situation because if we keep reacting negatively, our bad feelings will magnify and multiply the negativity. Whereas when we give good feelings, the positivity magnifies and multiplies.

With all the good feelings I wish each one of u find ur way and  whenever anyone offends u I am sure u will try to raise ur soul so high that the offense cannot reach it..and attract as much positivity in your life as u can.
