what's the truth?

Its 14th January today n while updating my status regarding Jessica lal case , 3 words just struck in my mind and these words are money ,power and politics,,,,,,,,,

These words looks very simple but ARE they seriously that much simple??/?,,,,,The whole human kind is somewhere running for these words………”money, power and politics”……. n really its not that simple to understand the relation between three of them,,,,

What do u think come first, Is it money, then power or then politics? Or is it like politics then power n then money? Or u think cycle goes like this,,,, power then money n then politics?
Its quite shuffling ……so,can’t say who comes fist n who second………….but the thing I know for sure is that these 3 words has so much influence in our lives that it can change anyone’s life in a second………..

Lets start with JESSICA LAL MURDER CASE,,,,,she was a model like anyone ,,,,,,,was working in a pub as a bartender ,enjoying the life to fullest and was a common women like anyone of us,,,but she was shot just coz she refused to give a drink to a spoiled brat of some MLA,,,,,
Her case was closed coz there were not enough evidences against that culprit Witnesses are bought and the evidences are tampered, all thanks to his Haryana cabinet minister father.

WONDERFUL USE OF MONEY AND POWER POLITICS

Then came THE RUCHIKA GIRHOTRA CASE which involves the molestation of 14-year-old Ruchika Girhotra in 1990 by the Inspector General of Police Shambhu Pratap Singh Rathore (S.P.S. Rathore) in Haryana, India. After she made a complaint, the victim, her family, and her friends were systematically harassed by the police leading to her eventual suicide.
Everyone knows the ex MLA JAGJEET SINGHA TIKKA also supported rathore and government also instead of filing an FIR , preferred departmental action, and, on May 28, 1991, issued a chargesheet against Rathore. However, the government's legal remembrancer, R. K. Nehru, suggested in 1992 that state government was not competent to issue the chargesheet, insisting that an FIR be registered. Then, the C M Bhajan Lal's office referred the case to the chief secretary for advice. Eventually, no action was taken.
Rathore enjoyed full support from all the Chief Ministers and used his influence and loop holes in the system to escape possible conviction, after Nine years after the molestation of Ruchika Girhotra, accused SPS Rathore himself told then chief minister of Haryana, Bansi Lal, in 1999 that three chief ministers had “saved” him while his “mala fide intentions had led to the passing of adverse order by the high court against him”
AGAIN A POWERFUL USE OF POLTICS N POWER IN THIS CASE
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

NOW COMES PRIYADARSHINI MATOO a smart and beautiful young woman who was a 25 year old law student who was found raped and murdered at her house in New Delhi on January 23, 1996. Santosh Kumar Singh again a spoiled brat of a powerful police officer, ,had been stalking and harassing her for several years was the immediate suspect.
Its widely accepted by then judge of high court that “There has been particular inaction by Delhi Police”, he said, while commenting that the accused’s father may have used his official position to influence the agencies.’ Juxt because Santosh came from an influential family - his father J.P. Singh was then Inspector General of Police in the Indian Union Territory of Pondicherry - in the course of the trial he served as Joint Commissioner of Police in Delhi, where the crime had been committed
“The influence of the father has been there in the matter and there was deliberate inaction” (at the time his father was second in command of the police forces in Delhi) But Santosh came from an influential family - his father J.P. Singh was then Inspector General of Police in the Indian Union Territory of Pondicherry- in the course of the trial he served as Joint Commissioner of Police in Delhi,
THIS TIME ALSO WE SAW HOW POWER,DESIGNATION CAN FAVOUR A CULPRIT……..

I know you have already read about these cases but have u ever thought what’s common in all these cases???,,,,,,

Its all money power n our so called people’s representatives ,politicians……..in each case if look deeply u will find there are some political links ,,,,,,,

we are living in a country who poses itself as the largest democracy in the world,,,,,,we have the finest constitution in the world,,,,,,,,wonderful laws , educated people , so well media then why still we hear similar cases of murder and injustice like these cases?.......why there are still many families who are trapped in this money power n poltics,,,,?….why our judicial proceeding are so slow? Why justice is denied? Why such hypocrcy on people? Why such inequality?

Its high time to think over it,,,,,remember one day anyone of us can in places like Jessica, ruchika or priyadarshini…………it can happen to anyone……THINK OVER IT
Don’t let these 3 words to influence you,,,,,,,there’s a wonderful add of TATA TEA which states “ye khate hai kyunki hum kheelate hai”,,,,,,similar way,,,,,,,, "YE POWER KA GALAT ISTEMAL KARTE HAI KYUNKI HUM INHE AISA KRNE DETE HAI”,,,,,don’t let these spoiled brats ruin your life or anyone’s life,,,speak for justice……….speak for truth

I know late but Justice has been given in all these cases because of constant media’s hold and people’s active support on such issues …. It really shows what people and media can do, even if means challenging the system and the judiciary……..people have proved that they can set aside all such money ,power and politics game for justice….

“UNITY IS STRENGTH” is a very famous proverb….”.LET THIS UNITY BE ALWAYS UP FOR THE SAKE OF JUSTICE”

Jai Hind,,,,,Jai Bharat
